We’re fighting to decarcerate New York City, to defend the human rights of incarcerated people, to divest from systems of punishment, and to redistribute those resources to the people and communities that have been most harmed by mass criminalization and systemic racism. We welcome you to join us to make this vision a reality.
Ways to Get Involved
MEMBERS
Have you been impacted by incarceration? Do you want to see Rikers Island closed, and to see investments in the communities that have been harmed by Rikers and by mass incarceration?
We are investing in building the leadership and collective power of people who have been directly impacted by incarceration. Join us for member meetings on the first Tuesday of each month at 7pm, to take action together and to contribute your voice to this movement.
